Recently scientists have invented the alternative system to learn the structure of protein, that is x-ray analysis. Protein crystallography is considered to be just a section of x-ray crystallography but it is really significant. Protein crystallography does permit describing protein secondary structure and later triple structure of protein. Sometimes, on the basis of crystallography information it is possible do define the protein quaternary texture, but it is not always available. The capability of protein structure determination depends from many various factors. The main features of protein is the protein folding. As of today a lot of scientists try to perform the complex research of the protein function. For very short proteins, which named peptides, this problem is worked out. Scientists achieve success in the sphere of peptides. Nowadays it is feasible to execute the peptide synthesis operation for any length peptides.
